Connect SP26 to the Computer
- After setting up the PC software, connect the SP26 to your computer via the provided cable.
- If the computer does not automatically recognize the device:
- Open Device Manager by right-clicking on This PC or Computer.
- Select Scan for hardware changes to detect the SP26.

Identify Device in Device Manager
- Look for an exclamation mark (!) or question mark (?) next to an unidentified device, as shown in the example diagram (Pic 2).
- Right-click on the marked device and select Update Driver.

Launch Hardware Update Wizard
- If prompted, choose one of the following options:
- Install the software automatically: If this fails, proceed to the next step.
- Install from a list or specific location: Select this option and click Next to continue.

Complete Driver Installation
- Once the installation is complete, the SP26 will appear correctly in the Device Manager, identified without any error symbols.
